INGREDIENTS:
5 whole eggs 2 egg yolks 140 g caster sugar
70 g 70 g
FLOUR STARCH
Lemon peel
vanilla
PREPARATION:
Put 5 eggs and sugar in a bowl. Mount for 3 minutes, then add 2 egg yolks.
After some minutes, add the grated lemon peel and vanilla bean.
Install everything (with the electric mixer) for at least 20 minutes.
At this point, with a wooden spoon, add flour and starch (sifted) and mix from the bottom up, without removing the compound.
Bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
